<p>Ingredienti: 4 bistecche di manzo di circa 150 gr. ciascuna,<br />
2 grosse cipolle,<br />
un cucchiaio di pinoli,<br />
70 gr. di burro,<br />
poco brodo,<br />
mezzo cucchiaino di curry,<br />
olio,<br />
latte,<br />
pepe.</p>
<p>Procedimento:</p>
<p>Affettate le cipolle ad anelli sottili e fatele soffriggere in un tegame con il burro.</p>
<p>Unite alle cipolle 2 cucchiai di latte in cui avrete stemperato il curry e cuocetele a fuoco dolce bagnando di tanto in tanto con poco brodo: dovranno risultare appassite ma non disfatte.</p>
<p>Rosolate le bistecche in una padella con poco olio a fuoco vivo, salatele, pepatele, unitevi i pinoli e le cipolle.</p>
<p>Fate insaporire il tutto per 2 minuti e servite.</p>
<p>(Idea in piu&#8217;: Potrete unire, oltre ai pinoli, anche un pizico di pistacchi scottati in acqua salata, sbucciati e tritati fini).</p>
